Bob's Granola started the way the best food always does — someone made something for themselves because nothing else was good enough.
The granola on supermarket shelves is predominantly cheap oats, bound with sugar and flavoured with token nuts. It fills the bowl but not much else.
Bob's is built the other way around. Start with the nuts and seeds — 38% of every bag — and build the recipe from there. Slow toasted at low temperature to protect the oils. Bound with raw honey, not glucose syrup. Whole foods only — nothing processed. Made in small batches in London, never scaled beyond what we can make properly.
